- Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition
- Items in original packaging
What's Not Eligible
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Final sale items (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at teamwalys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
Want a different size? We're happy to exchange unworn items within 30 days. Contact us at teamwalys@gmail.com and we'll get you sorted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
